Obituary

Anthony (Tony) Stasiak, 74, passed away peacefully in his home shortly after his Pancreatic Cancer diagnosis on June 12, 2025. Tony was the beloved husband of the late Karen Stasiak (Perkins) who too passed away from Pancreatic Cancer in July 2018. Tony was born in St. Louis, Mo on August 10, 1950. He was the loving son of the late Casimir Stasiak and the late Helen Stasiak (Mellor). He was the dear brother of the late Donald Long, the late Rosalie Ryan, Timothy Long, the late Donna Frenette, Debra Lynch, the late Paul Stasiak, and Cheryl Smithson. Tony was the beloved father of Anthony Stasiak II, Stacy Padgett, and Nicole Lovelady. He was also the loving grandfather to Anthony Stasiak III, Jessica Bartz, Bradley Bartz, Samantha Sullivan, Payton Sullivan, Brody Sullivan, and Reagan Lovelady. He was also a dear uncle, cousin, father-in-law, brother-in-law, and friend. Tony was a lover of all animals especially his dogs Thelma and Louise. He loved listening to music and watching reruns of old shows. Tony loved the holidays, especially Halloween, Christmas, and Easter. He enjoyed seeing the joy that they brought to his children and grand children. And everyone knew he would never turn down an offer to go for a meal at Cracker Barrel. Tony may have been a quiet homebody but he loved his family and had a very large heart. He will be very missed by many. The family asks in lieu of flowers please donate to the Pancreatic Cancer Foundation. There will be a visitation and memorial service on: Saturday June 28, 2025 First Baptist Church of Crestwood 9916 E. Watson Rd. St. Louis, MO 63126 Visitation: 10-11am Memorial Service: 11am-11:45pm
