Theodore is preceded in death by his parent George Bernard - father and Jacqueline Bernard (nee Kunz) - mother. Our dear father, brother, uncle, cousin and friend. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, at 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM at Jay B. Smith Funeral Home Fenton, Jay B. Smith Funeral Home, 777 Oakwood Dr., Fenton, MO. Interment at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery at 1:00.
